Dinner Party

Happy Monday!

I was feeling a little under the weather today and thought having a nice healthy meal would be good remedy to that, so I invited a friend over to make dinner with my roommates. If you haven’t tried the veggie noodles form Whole Foods at that to your to-do-list ASAP! I’ve never been a really big fan of squash because of the texture, but baking it for 15 minutes or so with a little of oil and seasoning may have changed my mind. Shoutout to Chef Sarah for doing most of the cooking. <3

Featured Dishes:
Rainbow Salad

  • Baked squash
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Balsamic
  • A dash of sugar
  • Olive oil

 

Veggie Pasta

  • Carrot Noodles
  • Beet Noodles
  • Ground Beef
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Marinara Sauce
